Shipping & Returns

DUETS Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Within 24 hours you will receive a link via email containing a Return Shipping Label and RA approval with instructions on where to place both items on your return box. 

We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item at our Fulfillment  Center.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the International shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. DUETS offers the option of Flat Rate Standard, 2Day Express or Standard Overnight. Orders placed to APO or FPO military addresses will be delivered USPS Standard. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

 Domestic Shipping Options


Customers can expect delivery 3-6 business days after the order is processed, pending credit card approval.

2-DAY SERVICE ($10.00)

Customers can expect delivery in 2 business days on orders placed prior to 1PM EST Monday – Friday, pending credit card approval. Orders placed after 1PM EST will ship the following business day.



Customers can expect next business day delivery for orders placed prior to 1PM EST Monday – Friday, pending credit card approval. Orders placed after 1PM EST will ship the following business day.


Returning a Gift

If you wish to return an item that you received as a GIFT please email us at: info@tiesbyduets.com. Please be sure to include your order number if available. 


We do not offer item exchanges at this time online but are hoping to very soon. Exchanges are currently handled like returns and subject to the same conditions. Please return the product to us, and once your package is received and processed, you will receive credit to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item is defective or you received the incorrect merchandise. A new order must be placed for the item you would like to receive.


Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email info@tiesbyduets.com within 15 minutes of placing your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Sales Tax

The state and local governments require that we charge tax for items shipped to any state where DUETS  has a physical presence (such as a store, warehouse or office). At this time we only require tax to shipments sent to addresses in Michigan.
